What we Do: We pay the full bond amount so you can get your loved one quickly out of jail.

This convenient service keeps family or friends from having to pay the full bond amount to get the Defendant out.

The fee for our services is a small percentage of the total bond amount. It's that simple.

The first thing we do is we have a call and discuss a plan that's just right for you.

Then, you sign some paperwork and pay your small bond fee. Next, we post your full bond amount and arrange quick release of the Defendant with the arresting agency or jail.

The Defendant must then ensure that they meet every court appointment and any other requirements of the bond. For large bonds, if any collateral was required in this process, that collateral will be released or returned once the Defendant's case has been settled.

More About How it works:

Detention centers may take a few hours to process any arrested persons. The exact process varies from agency to agency. The quicker we get started helping you, the shorter the stay in jail will be.

If You are the Person Arrested:

Step1:

Call Your Family or a Friend

As soon as you are able after arrest, when you are in a holding area waithing to be processed by the Jail, you should have access to a free telephone to make 1 or 2 calls. Call your family or a freind FIRST and tell them (1) that you have been arrested, (2) what the charges are, and (3) what your bond amount is.

Step 2:

Contact Us

After you have advised your family or freind of your arrest, have them contact us so we can get to work on getting you out of jail as soon as possible

Step 4:

You and/or a co-signer will provide us with a percentage of the total bond amount after all the paperwork is completed. This is known as the “BOND FEE” and is typically 12% for bonds under $10,000 and 15% for bonds over $10,000. Yours may be less because we are competitively priced. If any additional collateral is required, we will receive at from you for safekeeping until the Defendant's case is completely settled.

Complete Bail Out Process

We make final arrangements with the jail facility for the release of your loved one. The Defendant must then meet all of the reqirements of the Court regarding the bond including being present on all court dates.

Description of Terms & Elements:

Here are descriptions of a few terms that may help you understand the process better.:

Bond Fee

The bond fee is typically 12% of the amount of bonds under $10,000 and 15% of the amount of bonds over $10,000. Your fee may be less, a quick and free call will determine your fee. The bond fee is the amount our company is paid for our services and for fronting and posting the full bond amount so you or your loved one can get out of jail.

Co-Signer

The co-signer is the person who takes financial responsibility for the bail bond if the Defendant fails to appear in court. Although we front the bond money and post the bond for you or your loved one to get out of jail, the co-signer is ultimately responsible for the full bond amount should the Defendant fail to appear in court.

Collateral

Money, property or anything of value that may be held while the accused is out on bail. This collateral is returned when the defendant has completely settled the case. (collateral may or may not be required in you case)

Defendant Information

Full Name, Date of Birth, Arresting Agency Name, Defendant's Charges, Arrest Date, Bail Amount for Defendant if applicable. Information on Defendant's history such as prior arrests, work location and current residency may be helpful for us to know in the process.
